Dual Imaging System — See the Invisible

The M3M integrates a 20 MP 4/3 CMOS RGB camera with mechanical shutter alongside four dedicated 5 MP multispectral cameras (Green 560 nm, Red 650 nm, Red Edge 730 nm, Near-Infrared 860 nm). A built-in sunlight sensor ensures accurate NDVI, GNDVI, and NDRE index calculations under changing field conditions.

RTK Centimeter-Level Positioning

The integrated RTK module delivers horizontal accuracy of 1 cm + 1 ppm and vertical accuracy of 1.5 cm + 1 ppm — no ground control points required. Microsecond-level time synchronization between the camera and positioning system eliminates phase errors for truly phaseless aerial surveying.

What is the difference between the M3M and M3E?
The Mavic 3M (Multispectral) is designed for precision agriculture and environmental surveying — it carries four multispectral cameras plus an RGB camera with a built-in RTK module and sunlight sensor. The Mavic 3E (Enterprise) is a general-purpose mapping and inspection drone with a wide + zoom camera combination but no multispectral capability.
Does the M3M require ground control points (GCPs)?
No. The integrated RTK module delivers centimeter-level absolute positioning (H: 1 cm + 1 ppm, V: 1.5 cm + 1 ppm), eliminating the need for GCPs in most workflows. GCPs can still be used for additional verification if required.
