Ordering and quotations
How do I place an order?
Browse the store, add the items you want to your cart and complete checkout. For enterprise systems and bundles shown with a “Request a Quote” option, submit a quotation request instead and our team will prepare pricing and next steps for you.
What is “Request a Quote” and how do bundles work?
Many enterprise solutions and packaged bundles, for example a drone combined with payloads, a dock and training, are tailored to your requirements, so they are priced on request rather than sold at a fixed cart price. Send us a quotation request and we will respond with a detailed quote.
Can I order as a business and get a VAT invoice?
Yes. GulfNet Emirates works with business and enterprise customers, and we provide a VAT invoice for every order. Add your company name and Tax Registration Number (TRN) at checkout or when requesting a quotation.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards through our secure payment gateway, and bank transfer for eligible business customers. All payments are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT at the applicable rate of 5% is calculated and shown before you complete checkout.
Delivery
Do you deliver across the UAE, and is it free?
Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Arab Emirates. In-stock items are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is quoted per order, and the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country. See our Shipping and Delivery policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we will send you confirmation and, where available, tracking details. You can also contact us any time for an update.
Returns and warranty
Can I return an item?
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original sealed packaging. Some items, such as activated enterprise equipment and software, cannot be returned for change of mind. Full details are in our Returns and Warranty policy.
My item is faulty, what should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gulfnetemirates.shop with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at our cost.
What warranty do products come with?
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. For DJI products this is typically 12 months from purchase; other brands may differ. As an authorised dealer, we help you make any warranty claim and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Products and compliance
Are your products genuine?
Yes. GulfNet Emirates is an authorised dealer of DJI and other leading brands. All products are genuine, brand-new unless clearly described otherwise, and supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do I need a permit or registration to fly a drone in the UAE?
Drones and unmanned aircraft in the UAE are subject to registration and operating requirements set by the competent authorities, including the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). It is the operator’s responsibility to register equipment and obtain any required permits before flying. We recommend checking the current requirements that apply to you and your intended use.
