Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed through our online store at gulfnetemirates.shop, and how payment and pricing work. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed during our normal business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order and payment are confirmed, in-stock items are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. For enterprise equipment, bundles and items supplied to order, we will confirm the expected timeline with you directly.

2. Delivery within the UAE

We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Arab Emirates. In-stock items are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch. Larger enterprise systems and equipment delivered to order may take longer, and we will keep you informed of the expected delivery date.

3. International shipping

GulfNet Emirates ships worldwide. For orders delivered outside the UAE, shipping is quoted per order based on the destination, weight and dimensions; the shipping cost is confirmed to you before your order is finalised. The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges and any local clearance requirements in the destination country. We recommend confirming that an item may lawfully be imported and operated in your country before ordering.

4. Enterprise and large equipment

Enterprise drones, docks and large or high-value systems may be delivered by scheduled appointment or specialist courier to ensure they arrive safely. Where installation, setup or training is included or purchased, we will coordinate the schedule with you.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you confirmation and, where available, tracking details so you can follow your delivery. If you have any question about the status of your order, contact us at hello@gulfnetemirates.shop.

6. Receiving your delivery

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged or the contents are incorrect, note it with the courier where possible and contact us within 7 days so we can put it right. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full. We are not able to take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact details, so please check these carefully at checkout.

7. Payment and pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT); VAT at the applicable rate of 5% is added and shown before you complete checkout. We accept payment by debit and credit card through our secure payment gateway, and by bank transfer for eligible business customers. Selected enterprise products and bundles are offered through our “Request a Quote” process rather than at a fixed online price. Request a quotation and we will prepare pricing for you. Goods remain the property of GulfNet Emirates until payment has been received in full.
