Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online store at gulfnetemirates.shop (the “Store”) and any purchase you make or quotation you request through it. Please read them carefully. By accessing the Store, creating an account, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. About us

The Store is operated by Gulf Net Emirates Company – LLC (“GulfNet Emirates”, “GulfNet”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company licensed in the United Arab Emirates under Licence No. CN-1027743, with its office at Al Fattan Plaza, 6th Floor, Office 607, Dubai, UAE. GulfNet Emirates is an authorised dealer of DJI and other leading brands, supplying enterprise and professional drones, robotic systems, cameras, payloads, software and related equipment and services.

2. Definitions

“Goods” means any product offered for sale through the Store. “Quotation” means a written price proposal we issue, including for bundles and enterprise solutions. “Order” means your request to purchase Goods. “Customer”, “you” and “your” mean the person or entity using the Store. “Business Customer” means a Customer purchasing in the course of a business.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from the Store you must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you purchase on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. Drones, payloads and certain other Goods are sold only to Customers who can lawfully purchase, register and operate them in their jurisdiction (see section 12).

4. Your account

You may need to create an account to place certain Orders. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login details confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaches these Terms.

5. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and picture Goods accurately. Images are for illustration only, and manufacturer specifications, packaging and features may change without notice. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur depending on your screen. All Goods are subject to availability, and we may withdraw or change Goods offered on the Store at any time.

6. Pricing and VAT

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT); VAT at the applicable rate and any other charges are shown before you complete checkout. Despite our best efforts, a small number of Goods may be incorrectly priced. Where the correct price of a Good is higher than the price shown and the error is obvious, we are not obliged to supply the Good at the incorrect price; we will contact you before processing the Order, and if the Order has been paid we will either confirm the correct price for your approval or cancel the Order and refund any amount you have paid.

7. Quotations and bundles

Certain Goods, bundles and enterprise solutions are offered through a “Request a Quote” process rather than at a fixed online price. A Quotation is an invitation to do business and not a binding offer. Each Quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless a different period is stated on it, and remains subject to availability and to these Terms. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your Order and issue an order confirmation or invoice.

8. Orders and acceptance

Your Order is an offer to purchase Goods. All Orders are subject to our acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the Goods, whichever happens first. We may decline or cancel an Order, including after it has been placed, where Goods are unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or description, where we suspect fraud or unauthorised payment, where supply would breach export-control or regulatory requirements, or where eligibility conditions are not met. If we cancel an Order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

9. Payment

We accept payment by debit and credit card through our secure payment gateway and, for eligible Business Customers, by bank transfer. Payment is processed in AED. For card transactions, the United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the amount and currency shown to you at checkout is the amount and currency that will be charged. Title to the Goods remains with GulfNet Emirates until we have received payment in full. Any refund is made to the original method of payment.

10. Delivery and shipping

Delivery timeframes, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping and Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

11. Returns, cancellation and warranty

Your rights to cancel an Order, return Goods and claim under warranty are set out in our Returns and Warranty policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms or that policy reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Drones and regulatory compliance

Drones, unmanned aircraft systems and certain related equipment are subject to laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates and in other countries, including requirements to register equipment and to obtain operating permits and approvals from the competent authorities, such as the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and other relevant bodies. You are solely responsible for registering your equipment, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, and operating it lawfully and safely in your jurisdiction. GulfNet Emirates does not represent or warrant that any Good may lawfully be operated in a particular location, and we accept no liability arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws. For orders shipped outside the UAE, you are responsible for import, customs and all local regulatory compliance in the destination country.

13. Intellectual property

You may use the Store and its content for your own personal or internal business purposes in connection with a purchase. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Store without our prior written consent.

14. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Store only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Store in any way that breaches applicable law, interferes with its operation or security, introduces malicious code, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Store or its systems. You must not extract or harvest data from the Store by automated means without our consent.

15. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer under Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations. Any term that would unfairly exclude or reduce your statutory rights does not apply to the extent of that unfairness.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GulfNet Emirates is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Store or any Goods. Our total liability in connection with any Order shall not exceed the value of that Order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GulfNet Emirates against any loss, claim, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Store, or your failure to comply with any law or regulation applicable to your purchase or operation of the Goods.

18. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply disruption, transport and logistics failures, acts of government, or natural events. Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to limit its effect and will keep you informed.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any matter arising from your use of the Store, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place an Order applies to that Order.

21. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Shipping and Delivery policy, and our Returns and Warranty policy, form the entire agreement between you and us in respect of your use of the Store.
