Unitree Go2 Quadruped Robot

The Unitree Go2 is an AI-powered quadruped robot designed for inspection, security, research and commercial demonstration. Equipped with 4D Ultra-Wide LiDAR (360°×96°), twelve aluminium joint motors with ~45 N·m peak torque and an 8-core AI compute platform, the Go2 navigates complex terrain autonomously, follows operators intelligently and responds to voice commands — available in Air, Pro and EDU variants.

Unitree Go2 — AI-Powered Quadruped Robot

The Unitree Go2 is a next-generation quadruped robot built for inspection, security, research, education and commercial demonstration. Powered by Unitree’s self-developed 4D Ultra-Wide LiDAR, an 8-core AI compute platform and twelve aluminium joint motors delivering up to ~45 N·m peak torque, the Go2 navigates complex terrain autonomously, follows operators intelligently and responds to voice commands — available in Air, Pro and EDU variants.

4D Ultra-Wide LiDAR — 200% Upgraded Recognition

Go2 features Unitree’s self-developed 4D LiDAR L2 with a 360°×96° hemispherical ultra-wide recognition field, a super-small blind spot and a minimum detection distance of just 0.05 m. The result is a recognition system upgraded 200% over conventional units — enabling the Go2 to identify and avoid obstacles across all terrain types in real time, including very close-range hazards that standard LiDAR would miss entirely.

Rage Mode — Unleashing Motor Potential

By fully unlocking the hardware’s capabilities, Rage Mode delivers faster top speed, more responsive steering and stable, agile movement across challenging surfaces including gravel and steep slopes. Go2 Pro reaches 3.5 m/s in standard operation; the EDU variant achieves peak speeds up to 5 m/s under lab conditions — making it one of the fastest quadruped robots in its class.

Advanced AI Gaits — From Acrobatics to All-Terrain

Through large-scale AI simulation training, Go2 has mastered gaits no manually-programmed robot can match: upside-down walking, adaptive roll-over, climbing over obstacles, front flips, back flips and cartwheeling. In everyday use it transitions fluidly between walking, trotting and jumping while automatically adapting foot placement to uneven, slippery or debris-covered ground — with a max climb angle of 40° and step-height clearance of ~16 cm.

ISS 2.0 — Intelligent Side-Follow System

New wireless vector positioning and control technology upgrades positioning accuracy by 50% and extends reliable follow range to over 30 m in open environments. Combined with an optimised obstacle-avoidance strategy, Go2 tracks its operator through complex terrain — around corners, over steps and across uneven ground — without losing lock or requiring manual re-alignment.

3D LiDAR Mapping — Autonomous Path Navigation

With the LiDAR L2 and companion App, operators build detailed point-cloud maps of any area and specify custom patrol paths for fully autonomous execution. Define a route once; Go2 repeats it reliably, detects new obstacles in real time and reroutes on the fly — immediately deployable for perimeter inspection, facility monitoring and security patrol missions.

HD Live View, 4G & Embodied AI

A new App delivers HD image transmission with real-time, stable remote monitoring from Go2’s wide-angle camera. Built-in 4G with eSIM provides reliable mobile connectivity for remote control beyond Wi-Fi range. On Pro and EDU variants, an integrated large language model enables natural voice conversations — ask Go2 to perform actions, navigate or switch modes by speaking. Continuous OTA upgrades push new AI models and motion skills automatically, keeping the robot improving throughout its working life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Go2 variant is right for my use case?
The Air suits demonstrations, exhibitions and basic app-controlled operation. The Pro adds 4G connectivity, voice control, ISS 2.0 and the full AI mode suite — recommended for commercial inspection and security deployments. The EDU is built for research labs and academia requiring SDK/ROS access, depth cameras, foot-end force sensors and the high-endurance battery. Contact GulfNet and we will identify the right configuration for your project.
Can the Go2 navigate autonomously without an operator?
Yes. Using the companion App with the onboard LiDAR L2, you can map an area, define a patrol path and deploy Go2 fully autonomously. It detects and avoids new obstacles in real time. For advanced autonomy and custom mission logic, the EDU variant supports SDK and ROS integration for full programmatic control.
What payload can the Go2 carry?
Go2 Pro carries a nominal payload of ~8 kg (MAX ~10 kg); the EDU supports up to ~12 kg. Sufficient for cameras, sensors, LiDAR payloads or custom equipment mounts. The optional auto-scaling strap (included with Pro) helps secure payloads during dynamic movement.
How is the Go2 priced, and what does the GulfNet quotation include?
Pricing varies by variant, configuration and optional accessories. GulfNet provides a tailored quotation covering the robot, UAE delivery and any commissioning, operator training or maintenance services required. Use the “Request a Quote” button to get started.
Does GulfNet provide training and after-sales support?
Yes. As an authorised UAE channel partner for Unitree, GulfNet offers on-site commissioning, operator training and maintenance contracts as paid add-ons — quoted alongside the robot or as standalone service orders.
What is the lead time for delivery to the UAE?
Stock availability and lead time depend on variant and Unitree’s current allocation. Submit the Request a Quote form and GulfNet will confirm the current ETA before issuing the quotation.
